Highly recommend working with Felipe Aguila as your preferred lender! My sister recommended Felipe after he helped assisting her with her home purchase. Felipe is a great lender that puts the clients interest first. He is always available to help and answers any questions you have. My experience was absolutely phenomenal. When the builders lender and other lenders couldn’t make it happen, Felipe did! He is very smart and knows all the rules in the book that benefits the client in their loan. Felipe not only was able to help me get approved for a higher purchasing price but also help fought to get me more incentives! He is very market savvy as well. Can’t recommend Felipe enough, mortgage brokers are the way to do it!

We had a great experience working with Lleybeline and Felipe. He led/mentor us to qualify for a loan for our first home loan with a dpa program and even went out and found a better program that would fit our profile better!
