I honestly do not know how this company has received five star reviews from others. My experience has been terrible! I've been trying to get three properties closed for two and a half months to no avail. Even spoke with the President, Mark Hanna, today with no resolve. I'm at my wits end; this company has incompetent people - all the way to the top.

Gerald was great! I had some blemishes on my credit from the pandemic of 2020, and I knew this combined with being in business for less than a year would make it impossible to seek traditional funding for my business. I researched and reached out to several different lenders and brokers. I was in the process of trying to make a deal on a piece of equipment and I just needed a few days to work out all the details, all the other lenders I was dealing with was pushy, trying to rush me, some were even rude to me because I was taking a few days to work out the details. But not Gerald, he was patient, worked with me and listened to my situation and was there every step of the way. I told him on a Tuesday that I was ready to pull the trigger and I had nearly 20k in my account Wednesday morning. He is a great asset to my company and plan on using him for all of my short/ long terms needs in the future. Thanks Gerald!!
