I can honestly say that I am a stronger, more confident man after working with Keith. When I started, I was shy, nervous, scared and felt directionless. I began working with Keith in June of 2024. A seeker by nature, I have participated in all types of healing modalities, but still felt stuck in my life. I was looking for someone who could help me find my way into the next chapter of my life, what that was and what was holding me back from taking action.

There were things in Keith's profile I found appealing and similar to spiritual practices I already aligned with. But it was upon our initial consultation that I felt he was the right coach for me. It was clear that he had developed an intuitive knowing and was able to listen deeply to what was being said and not said. In that first conversation, I felt understood and decided to move forward with his services.

Within the first visit, Keith identified something much deeper that he felt was the crux of my problem. I knew this thing existed, but thought I was doing all that could be done about it. As we moved forward, the focus of my coaching moved from what I thought I needed, to what really needed my attention but had been avoiding for a very long time. Together we worked toward what might help me finally address this part of me, so that I could truly be in the driver seat of my own life.

Everything is not magically fixed, there is still things to do to reach my goals. But as someone who has done lots of trauma work to overcome great loss and grief in my life, I felt like 10 years of work was done in short order. What I had been avoiding was shown, and I realized I was strong enough to handle it.. . finally. Now I have the time, perspective and energy to focus on the other stuff. I am so very grateful to Keith, his quiet and authentic way of showing up, and have kept him on as my accountability partner.

I started working with Keith at a critical point in my life. I had just exited very long-term relationship and was questioning who I was and what my purpose was going to be. My world had been shattered.
Working with a life coach is working with someone who is part psychologist, part mentor, part friend, and in some cases part parent. I needed someone to help keep me afloat, someone to help me figure out who I wanted to be, someone wise and compassionate.
