Acquiring my first investment property, I had so many questions and did not know where to start. Thankfully over the last 2 years I had Teresa and her team help me through every question I had. She and her team worked tirelessly to find renters for my apartment in just a couple of weeks. They ran background and credit checks, did their due diligence with every applicant to ensure I’d have renters in my unit that would take care of it and pay rent on time. Every time I had a question, she was there texting back or answering calls promptly. Her expertise in the real estate industry is backed by her own experiences as a property owner and knows what it is like being in my shoes. Her ability to guide and advise based on market conditions allowed me to get a very competitive rent for my investment property. Any issues with the tenants, Teresa took care of everything and allowed me to be as involved or as absent as I wanted. Their tools make collecting rent very pleasant (also really easy to download reports for taxes at the end of the year). Finally, when it came time to sell my property a few weeks ago, Teresa held open houses and followed up with leads. In a market that is tough to sell in, Teresa worked with me and countered offers as they came in. I could not be happier with the results that her and her team were able to achieve.
