On the same day we filed taxes with them, someone used my husband's social security number to file a tax return in another state.

A few hours after we had her prepare our taxes, we received a call from her stating our e-file was rejected because of fraud. We called the IRS fraud department to follow up and they stated on this date (xx/xx/2024) someone used my husband's social security number to file a tax return in another state. This was the same date we filed our taxes with TenStax. It's ironic and not a coincidence. I would be wary in using their services.
