My experience with Teksystems has been been good . Yea recruiters have 100's more people trying to get jobs and they cannot keep in contact with everyone. Keep emailing keep calling its you and 1000 people looking for jobs

As others have stated, TEKsystems spams regularly from different recruiters via email and LinkedIn claiming to have open positions, but really they just want to call and ask the same "what are you looking for" questions as they have in the past (sometimes within the same week). The recruiters here also typically fail to respond with application status, or completely ignore you ('ghosting') for no apparent reason. This company is very unprofessional and is a waste of time; hard pass.

This company used to have professional recruiters 4 years ago. Now their turnover rate is so high that one recruiter from the next doesn't realize that they've contacted me in the same week. Also the last recruiter that contacted me from this company has completely ghosted me and won't even reply to the LinkedIn messages that I can see that she's read. Thanks Molly!

I had a very bad experience with Teksystems. I met the recruiting team once and they said they will help me to get a job. But unfortunately they never contacted me eventhough i tried to contact them multiple times. I do not recommend this company for a person who is looking for a new job or fresh to the market.
