We get quick and personal responses when we need assistance and that really makes a difference for our team. I feel it makes such a difference using a small Managed IT Provider, we are no longer are just a number to a large firm, instead we are partners with a provider that gives us superb customer service and support. I really love the way that the entire TekMate team takes the time to understand our business model and mission so that they understand our unique needs. The technical, as well as customer service, skills of the team are impressive when we have a question or an issue. The team is always helpful and the customer service really shines. The personal touch is such an added bonus.

I thought my computer had a virus so I hired this company to check my computer. They removed so many applications and basically ruined my computer. I cannot access so may websites, I can no longer get my emails. They ruined my computer. Do not use this company.
