THE Kaufelt team at Truman Real Estate and Company has been exceptionally helpful and professional in all stages of the purchase of a single family property in Key West. They listened, actively searched, and FOUND our Key West home. Their services didn't stop there. They stewarded the offering procedure and then continued to help us particularly in transferring the utilities, arranging vendors and helped with the transfer of service contracts (pool, cleaning, gardening, pest control, and insurances). They oversaw the inspections, survey and legal work; without which we would not have been able to make the closing deadline. It was a dedicated service.
