Great food and you are out in beautiful wilderness. That’s about it. The training book is very awkward and you go all over the place in it. It’s not organized well. I’ve had much better training for a fraction of the cost. Our leadership team was more disfunctional after the training. Lodging/sleeping arrangements are abysmal.

Team Trek was one of the BEST leadership development experiences I ever had! The trainers are awesome and the food was some of the best cooking! I would do it again if I had to!!
