We experienced water damage due to a broken pipe. My insurance company sent out Team Delta, to which we decided to move forward with the repairs. Scott came out and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He made us comfortable with the remodel decisions we were facing. Throughout the process there were a few obstacles along the way and Scott always made himself available by text and by phone for any questions we had. He was very flexible throughout the process and worked with us on the many remodel choices. Scott's crew did great work. Junior worked non-stop, getting as much done as possible each day. We recommend Team Delta for any remodel work needed.

The two technicians that came over to mitigate the water damage in my home were awesome. Andrew and Pablo were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in their jobs. They are truly an asset to you Team Delta. Be sure to ask for them by name if you ever need professionals to do a great job.

When I first put in my insurance claim I was surprised at how quick Team Delta arrived. David from Team Delta has done an exceptional job at explaining to us the situation and advising us well. Our flood happened late at night on a weekend and Team Delta was there for us. David spent lots of time with me on the phone because I was out of town - he explained everything to me and walked me through the entire process so that I would know what to expect for the next few days/weeks. He stayed in communication with me and updated me with photos and videos. He spoke to me in a very kind and patient way which I appreciated since it was my first time dealing with a flood and my homeowner’s insurance. He also communicated with my insurance directly like a boss. As the project moved forward, I began working with / speaking with Brett Dearen - wonderfully kind, very knowledgeable and definitely fair. He knows his stuff - - and he is a fantastic listener. I appreciate the way I was treated by team delta and the way they treated my home as they completed work and left everything neat, tidy and DRY! Thanks Team Delta.

We had a slab leak take place, and as terrible as all of this is, David from team delta was very good at explaining the whole process and assuring me everything would get taken care of. I didn’t have to do much and their team communicated directly with my insurance company and left me out of that awful process. While my house has yet to be put back together due to complex issues, their mitigation team was very fast and responsive. Highly recommend them if you are on the search for a company to mitigate your house from the awful experience of water damage.

We had water leak and damage in our master bathroom Team delta is one of the best companies I have worked with! They came right out when called and got started on the work so it would not get worse; they worked with the insurance to get all the paperwork needed and photos right away! We did not have to deal with the insurance at all. When the adjustors were coming out Team Delta were here to talk to them so we did not have to. Team Delta made us fee confident and comfortable with the repairs and decisions that fit our budget. They worked with us on the payment as we were not in the best financial place at this time and they made it work with us! Bree was amazing and helped us understand the whole process and always willing to answer any questions. Troy worked hard for us and helped us make the most financially responsible decisions. Team Delta is the best!!!

Team Delta and crew lead by David were highly knowledgeable, quick and thorough in the mitigation process. I definitely recommend Team Delta and David if you have Mitigation needs. Onto the reconstruction with team Delta which hopefully will be as seamless, will review that process later....

Project Manager Scott ensured a timely and tactful project from start to finish. He was in contact on a daily basis detailing a smooth transition.

Lead Technician Andres Duran exhibited professionalism and strong work ethic in performing the tasks at hand. He worked diligently and with focus. I would highly recommend Team Delta for all your restoration services.
