My initial communication with the representative seemed serious and professional, after which I was asked to fill out a data table. This surprised me a lot because I had already provided all this information when sending my resume and even more.

But then I realized that they have many employees working separately, and there is no central database because 5 or 6 different employees had already called me and sent a very similar table that needed to be filled out. Some couldn't send this table due to email issues (probably because the anti-spam filter blocks them at the server level).

As for the 2 or 3 tables I filled out, no one has contacted me regarding them. It's the same position, but many people are calling and writing.

TCS outsourced another company to do their background check and they don't listen or understand what is being said or it seem like they don't understand the fundamental of their own potal to upload document. This has been going on with me for like 2.5 months after I received an offer letter. The information is gray out in the portal so therefore I can't upload any documents whatsoever and they are telling me I can and I know I can't. TCS should fired the company that doing they background investigation and they need to hired someone local and more reliable to handle this for them because that company that is doing the background investigation really making tcs looooook bad and tcs is losing business over this as well.

A recruiter (Ashwin S) from TCS contacted me for a position, we set a rate and everything, I did all the interviews but at the end they told me they are interested but offered me a way lower what we agreed to.
