If you are an entrepreneur looking to start up a business or in need of business assistance the SBDC is a great resource. Cathy Trinh was very helpful and provided much information with my start up business. She also helped with some ideas as well. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. I went by there a month ago. I talked to a lady about the resources they offered for small businesses owners. I filled out the application and she said someone would contact me soon. It's been a month now and every time I call there's no answer.

Yes, I have tried now for a year to get a hold of someone and no one ever returns my call or emails. They are a poor excuse for helping out the community here in ft worth!! Horrible customer service!!! Great way to motivate people in ft worth to even want to start a business - NOT!!!!. SUPER PATHETIC!!!!!
