Working with Zack and Jeremy on the purchase of our property could not have gone smoother and couldn't have been better. They clearly are interested in making their purchase of your property a win-win for you, the seller, and them -- with a very fair offer that they stuck to -- even when a deeper inspection found an unexpected expense. I was open and honest about the issues I knew about, which I believe helped set our expectation of the real value of our home, and helped them to know what work lay ahead for them, to arrive at a fair price.

The purchase agreement was simple and straightforward. Closing was smooth and easy, and they really did cover all closing fees, as promised. ACE title was very efficient and easy to work with, and closing went quickly without a hitch.

Tall Pine Properties folks and their contractors were as helpful and flexible as could be, even with our delay in moving everything we wanted to keep. They even helped load a few of the bigger, heavier things into the moving truck and often asked how they could help further. They were careful, even after closing, to ensure they weren't about to discard any items that we might have missed that we'd want to keep.

On the other hand, we were able to just leave anything that we didn't want anymore. They took care of proper disposal of all that we left. That made it easy for us to only focus on packing and moving the things we cared about.

They understand how we have an attachment to our long time home. They kept in contact with us after the sale and shared pictures of the nice work that Josh and his crew did on the entire property. I know they worked very hard to quickly and effectively ready the home for resale. We were even invited to the open house; they did a really nice job updating and modernizing the place! It looks great and I hope they realize a speedy and profitable return on their investment.
