I can definitely recommend Brandi as a coach and speaker having recently invited her to speak on the topic of Impostor Syndrome at our organization. We are a non-profit that helps people get jobs or transition careers. Brandi's talk was 100% on-point and relevant to this audience, and she delivered it with confidence, empathy, and humor. As importantly, her extensive experience in the areas of recruiting and talent development (not to mention her personal stories about an anxiety-producing job search effort) were continually on display with multiple insights and side commentary, each worth their weight in gold to those who are looking for work.

I should also point out that Brandi did this talk pro bono, driving 1 hour each way to our location and staying afterwards for Q&A. At Talent Career Coaching I worked with coach Ruthie Ditzler and enjoyed the experience. At the back nine of my career it was important for me to get a fresh perspective about the job market, how it had changed since I first entered it over three decades ago and most importantly how I now fit into it. How to approach my resume, LinkedIn and market myself were all very helpful in how to approach a 2024 job search.

However, the best thing about the experience was Ruthie introducing me to, then guiding me through, the PQ program by Shirzad Chamine, a PHD from Stanford. The program's focus is positive intelligence and understanding how your brain processes both negative and positive thoughts. I am not known for meditation, nor do I think anyone would call me Zen. Yet this program literally opened my mind and I feel like I am better person for it, both professionally and personally. The PQ program explained the neural science around refocusing negative thoughts to positive ones, and did so in a way I found very accessible. Thank you to Ruthie and the PQ program, I highly recommend both!
