We love living here. By far the best place we have ever lived in. Management staff is amazing and quick response time on requests. Our street is very quiet and it's a great place for people, like us, with kids. We are very happy with our decision to rent with TAB!

Scam artist, buyer be aware this is not a true property management. They will deceive you to get an application fee and then tell you an excuse as to why you are not eligible to live in the house they have for rent. There are no other reviews on this company, their web page for the company is very shady. There are multiple people running this scam so you never speak to the same person twice. This is by far the worst property management. We will be reporting them to craigslist, the police and filing a complaint with the better business bureau. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

I reached out when I was potentially moving to crescent city and the staff I spoke to was absolutely amazing!!! So willing to help and we’re on top of everything! Unfortunately I won’t be moving as soon as I thought, but I’ll definitely be reaching out when we’re officially ready!

I love this place for six years great neighbors and good street quiet and peaceful most the time. Anytime there is a issue in the house the office is always quick to send someone to fix it.

Wouldn't rent out a building for 1 day,but they rent it for 1 day for the divas,not good business, especially when the Divas told me to call?
