Reached out to Angela @Synergy Flagstaff for her services. She said she was available. Immediately gave her access to my financials. No questions asked. Got a quote, which did seem a bit high that she charges more than an attorney even though she is not a CPA. Did what she needed as far as "personal clean up work", called and got her assistant who gave her the message that I called, week later no answer, emailed Angela to see what was going on and no response. Moved on with a great CPA who was happy to have my business rather than being treated like one should be happy to have their business. Love local Flagstaff businesses, and wish I could say the same for this company so unfortunately I will have to give them a 1 ⭐️
