Have had a great experience with Symmetry as an agent here, I’ve experienced a lot of support to help me succeed here. The other agents and agency owners help you out and really want to help everyone succeed.

I’ve read some bad reviews, and they’re mostly from people saying the interviewer was late or something. I’ve seen some talk about MLM or pyramid scheme and I’m pretty sure those people have never worked in the insurance industry ever before. My husband and I have worked in the industry 14 years and yes, you can have people underneath you as a downline and earn commissions off the policies they sell. We did that for years and years with health insurance. When you work here they don’t tell you, you have to recruit people. They tell you, if you desire to be an agency owner you have that option to recruit a team and build an agency. As far as leads, you’re not required to buy leads, they have a marketplace that you can go on and purchase qualified leads if you want to. If you are able to generate your own leads then you can do that. People buy leads in many other industries as well, like real estate for example. If you buy leads you can be a lot more successful quicker until you build a client base where your happy customers refer you to their friends etc.

My husband and I have been in the insurance industry for many years and own our own insurance agency only selling health insurance and have now added Symmetry as our main IMO for the mortgage/life insurance aspect as well as all the other financial planning tools they offer so we can expand what we can offer all of our clients. With their online platform and training videos, it was pretty easy to learn and get started. I like all of the technology they use to make the process of selling so streamlined.

Also, one thing that I wanted to point out also is that when you sign up with Symmetry, you don’t work for symmetry as an employee, you work for yourself as an independent agent and get contracted with all of Symmetry’s carriers and use their online platform and training to be successful.

Great company. Amazing opportunity to own your own business, unlimited support and growth opportunities. I’ve been in the insurance industry for 14 years. I’ve owned my own insurance agency for the past 10 years where we sold ACA and Medicare supplement plans and we were the #1 agency 9 years in a row. I chose to partner with Symmetry and have them as my IMO for all of our life insurance and financial products for several reasons. The robust training, their technology, their TCPA compliant mail-in and call-in Leads and the unlimited support. Not only does this create an additional revenue stream and expand our product lineup significantly but this also gives us the opportunity to have all of our agents go from employees to being their own bosses if they choose.

No group interviews, no unnecessary training that costs money, no hidden secrets within management, just a good insurance company wants to win you over as an employee.
