The manager for meadowlark village is NEVER on property and when you try to call her she doesn’t answer the phone. Zero consideration for school aged children in the household. Scheduling pest control for an afternoon appointment forcing evacuation for 3-4 hours after being told that a child will be home at 3. And after being told that time frame will not work due to a child being home and disrupt to her schedule. Meaning you can’t get into your own home til well after 5pm. Can’t feed take meds ect on time. This after being told that the child has severe asthma so the chemicals used aren’t a good idea. Just being told well it has to be done. Has been told the stove needs replaced due to the oven trying to catch fire every time it’s in use, eyes leaning to one side or the other. Among a list of other things she’s been told needs fixed and hasn’t been done.

One of the worst and most unprofessional companies to be up under they hire people just as shady as them. They do not care how you live. I had black mold in my apartment. I had no hot water, and I had a really bad roast infestation that I was forced to move into. Dodged this bullet.

Mary the leasing agent part of the Sunbelt Properties team in Dalton, Ga was very helpful. She was professional and pleasant through out the rental process and when we had issues with the portal for signing the lease , she was patient and worked with us through the process ..

Sunbelt Management is over the apartments my mother lives in. My mother had an infestation of bedbugs. When I called and spoke with Debbie Kelley, she 1 lied to me stating she was present when my mother's apartment was inspected. I also brought to her attention about the mold in the bathroom ceiling from a leak of the apartment above her. My mother has copd, she is a heart patient, among other health issues. I am calling the BBB today. I just going to post a picture of the mold that I took 2 days ago funny thing I do not have the option.

It's a racist company and they hire incompetent and mean spirited apartment mangers that harass and illegally evict tenants, not based on fact, but based on rumor and innuendo! My son and daughter were both targeted. I got no where calling the management company and wouldn't advise anyone to rent from them that wants to live in peace.

The complex was left for months on end with no management only to have the new manager be extremely rude and unprofessional. Just minutes after meeting her I was yelled at simply for closing the door behind myself upon entrance. I was nothing but nice to her and even apologetic. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be filing claims with the Better Business Bureau if I’m not even simply contacted about a resolution to this.

I am not even certain if this is an actual company. You can never get an answer in the office, nor have I received my security deposit. I am very displeased, as I left my apartment in immaculate condition. The property manager has provided no assistance. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to take action until this issue is resolved.

SUNBELT IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN. THEY CONSTANTLY LIE AND HAVE SOME NASTY ATTITUDES. MS.SHELIA ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CALL, REGARDLESS OF HOW NICE YOU TALK TO HER. MRS. APRIL ALSO HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTIES THEY ARE ALL RUN DOWN AND NEED TO BE CONDEMNED.
