(Anaheim Healthcare Center) In Anaheim. No good. Stay away. Don't go there. Don't take your people there. The hole building layout doesn't make sense. Sure the entrance is wheelchair accessible but the rooms are crammed with three beds in a room engineered for two beds verry crowded rooms the rooms are so crowded that wheelchairs bearly fit in the rooms. Wheelchairs don't fit in between the beds and the Wheelchairs do not fit in the bedroom restrooms. Don't ask me about the kitchen staff and the food they just don't care and the food reflects that they rate a F. The CNA's are good but sometimes they take a long time to come and see you when you press the button for the call light. One lady nurse at a nurse station must have been the head nurse was rude to me and got me in trouble she should be fired. I will not return there if she is still there everyone knows who she is she's not well liked by most of the nurses there. The activity personnel very good and very nice. The maintenance crew is good and very nice. The therapy department the best they are awesome very nice and very knowledgeable. The social services department is average. The administrator there is very nice I her name is Shannon she apologized to me for the actions of the rude nurse. Shannon the administrator at Anaheim Healthcare Center in Anaheim has a open door policy she is very nice and understanding and is trying very hard to fix the errors and problems there at (Anaheim Healthcare Center) in Anaheim. If I'm ever in need of Healthcare again I would go there if Shannon the administrator is still there and the rude lady nurse is gone and kitchen staff replaced and get better tasting food there at (Anaheim Healthcare Center) In Anaheim!

STAY AWAY!!
They are partnered with a scam call edu track school of nursing where they promise to pay 100% for your CNA training with 100% job placement in one of their facilities. They lied I was required to pay for most of it with no refund when I was degraded by NICOLE VANDECAMP For just asking for clarity on the equipment and fees they claimed they would provide. I was then berated and dropped from the course for just asking questions by ms vandecamp when I was just two weeks from course completion and job placement. I would never recommend anyone be talked down to by someone like Ms. Vandecamp who also claimed because she was a doctor and I was just a CNA I don’t warrant the write to question her come to find out she’s only a RN and the director for edu track. She will be there downfall no one wants to work with someone who shows there privilege in such a nasty way. She doesn’t deserved to crown these hard working CNAS She obviously thinks less of them as well as uniforming them before hand that they have all these hidden fees they don’t reimburse on. They also don’t even have half the supplies claimed or teach you correctly. They stole money and 5 weeks of my life for a course I was stopped from completing and I’d never recommend them to anyone. I will be further filing complaints to state.

This company manages healthcare facilities. They use stafffing agencies to help them meet their staffing needs for patient care. However, they don’t pay the Staffing Agencies for the services provided and get credit for their PPD Audit from CDPH. The Chief Operating Officer Mike Oxford, is purposely refusing to release payment for services provided without a cause. He is the prime example of a “BULLY” big corporate greed trying to run out small miniortiy owned businesses to keep more profits.

This is the 3rd time that they have taken the child support out of my son's dad's check, and then kept it instead of giving it to me. My son's dad ends up having to call them to complain every 2 weeks. Get it together or get someone else to do it!
