My husband and I used Strauss Attorney's, PLLC to help us understand the difference between a Will or a Trust. Our experience has been excellent throughout the process. From the start Janice was helpful in setting up appointments and she was always pleasant and professional. Peter, our attorney is very knowledgeable and we were confident after our first meeting he would serve us well. Peter explains the complexity of the legal system in a way that is easy to understand. He uses real life examples to keep things as sample and clear as possible. Peter was patient and sensitive to keep our experience positive during the entire process. Wonderful experience revising our Living Trust with Peter McQuire and his team. After listening to us for several hours on our initial visit with many clarifying questions and needed information, we were happy to hire this firm to oversee our estate planning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and patient.
