By working with Strategies, I was able to find Coach Dennis who has the financial background to teach me about my profit and loss and how to create a budget. This enabled me to successfully grow the business from just a team of 2 to a profitable team of 10. I was able to expand the business with not only staff but equipment as well. I learned how to go from being in the treatment room full time to just part time so I could train and manage staff. Dennis helped me create an emergency money account for those what ifs. When COVID hit and we had to shut down for 2 months I was able to still pay rent, equipment loans, and monthly bills. This was a big wake up call that Dennis knew what he was doing and had his best interests for my company and team. Highly recommend using and working with Strategies!

They will not refund a paid ticket which a staff member was unable to attend. They hold the money for a future purchase, however, I think it should be refunded.
