I am a student and got into sales tactics through a guy name Micheal and the discount he promised is not eligible at my plan and I have to pay penalties if I cancel my new plan. I was doing good in T mobile but got into sales scam and it’s not right be aware of sales tactics and the company should provide proper training and knowledge of a plan to sales representatives and I already complained to at an t and they did try to reach the manager of Micheal but he didn’t respond to the call.

Nick the Manager came with a great group of people. He told us about the upgrades in our neighborhood and helped us understand our benefits better! It was incredible service—they were friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgable. Most importantly our shy dog met some new and gentle friends.
