Tom Stoebe is absolutely awesome. From the first day I met him, he displayed courtesy, professionalism and confidence. That trend continued throughout the entire experience. He treats your sale like his own, no matter what the price range. He uses a drone to capture the whole overhead picture and his photographer is a meticulous asset to his organization. He takes pride in every sale, no matter how small. For example, either Tom or his agent will always be present at a showing, no lockbox stuff and by the way, unless the house is a fixer-upper, you take your shoes off before walking into his showing. That’s the type of ultimate respect he has for your property.

Since my particular sale was a bit complex, I was worried he would have some difficulty putting all the pieces together. That concern disappeared after just five minutes because Tom has experience in all types of home sales. Tom can handle a single seller, estates, trusts, LLC’s etc. That experience is what makes his organization exemplary.
Tom always came through for me, no matter what issue surfaced. His constant communication with all parties involved in the sale process puts the seller as ease. Tom is on top of every little detail and always has a backup plan should the primary plan become problematic. The bottom line; Real estate transactions can be complex, so enlist Tom for your sale and you will never second guess that decision.

UPDATE: Nov 222, 2024. Tom sold my home in record time and I received an over-ask price due to Tom's persistence and professionalism. Tom and his team are the best. He doesn't use lockboxes because he places the security and condition of your home at the top of his priority list. There are always small details popping up in the final sale process, but with Tom and his staff, you never have to worry about anything. He handles it all. In addition, Tom works with his trusted professionals throughout the final sale timeframe. Lawyers, home inspectors, contractors etc are all part of the buying/selling process and trying to organize everyone by yourself is just asking for problems. Let Tom handle it all.
