I have been working with Stetson Management for a month now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. Managing a property from out of town can be stressful, but they have made the entire process seamless and worry-free.

Don't rent or apply with this company. I paid the $50 application fee (9/2021) and got confirmation that my application was paid for. They never ran my credit or background check through the 3rd party Appfolio. I contacted the company multiple times, by telephone & emails, the following week and throughout the year and never got a reply.

My brother also applied at a different property and they pulled the same move.

I left a final voicemail in 8/2022, letting them know I'll be pursuing legal action. They still didn't return my call, so now I am going through Central Cal Legal to try and get my money back. Shady people.

I have recently signed up for their property management services. So far it has been going well. They managed to rent out my property in little over 2 weeks. They have generally been responsive and attentive to all my requests.
