Where’s Clayton Starner? No phone call no follow up. I sent ALL my tax forms in February. See photo, I messaged in March no response.

It’s tax day and I call to find out what’s going on with my taxes. I explain to front office and Clayton is busy. I get no response about if they filed an extension or anything.

So, I grew up with the older brother Scott. I was his flight instructor in Springdale. My father used Tim for many years. I was using Robby Starner before, but 2 years ago he was booked and the front desk secretary offered me a few other options that day. Clayton was one of them. I chose Clayton. I’m feeling cheated right now and treated very unfairly.

Clayton, I left you a nice calm voicemail just now. It would be professional of you to tell me what’s going on. Why nothing was done all these months. Where my tax preparation is at this moment on tax day.

Please use caution when using Tim Starner for processing your business llc taxes. Tim gave us wrong information and we relied on that information as being valid because he was our tax accountant. That information was grossly incorrect which caused us $792.00 in late fees and penalty charges for not closing our llc properly.

Reasonably priced tax experts. I will never again do my own taxes. I failed to claim some of my husband’s income from a previous employer without realizing it. IRS noticed. Starner helped me get that resolved and minimized my liability. I would have significantly overpaid the additional taxes owed without them. I also appreciate that they treated the matter with same urgency I felt it deserved.

For the past several years Starner Tax Group has filed our taxes. It is a very relaxed atmosphere where you are greeted at the door and treated with appreciation. We were walked through each step and most of our questions were answered promptly and clearly. From the time we got there for our appointment until we left was less than an hour.
Have no complaints about the professionalism of Starner Tax Group just the $200 we were charged for having it filled out there. We have moved to Missouri so we will probably have someone with more knowledge of the Missouri tax codes file our return next year.
