Unfortunately, my experience with Ed was not pleasant. I called for clarification regarding the taxes he had prepared for our LLC that I was part of, he literally told me "I was wasting his time" and laughed when I advised him that I wasn't understanding a certain part. I work customer service myself, we pride ourselves in "educating" our clients so they understand what they are paying for, and are comfortable with our services. I would def NOT recommend him.
