I meant to write this review sooner, but I've been busy at my new job (which I never would have applied to without the confidence I built with Kristin's help).

Kristin has a non-judgmental approach to her work that is much appreciated. She gently guides you and allows you to come to conclusions for yourself without trying to influence your decisions. I found her style refreshing and different from my college career counselors who were hyper-focused on the bottom-line.

I learned a lot about myself, my patterns, and my ideal workplace while working with Kristin. I now know that work culture is highly important to me, and I had been putting that on the back burner (and was subsequently unhappy at work). Now, for the first time in years, I found a job that's a great fit and checks every important box I laid out for myself with Kristin's help.
