My coach brought to light that my organization skills need updating! Coach was helpful in planning my week and actually taught me that by planning your day you become more productive by staying within your weekly plan and as clients request meetings you refer to your schedule and fit the clients to what's open in your schedule so you do not get off track. Also enforced how important it is to get your clients to provide reviews and to ask for referrals. I highly recommend Southwestern Consulting to help you focus and plan!

After being convinced of the services sold to me over the phone and forced to sign a contract a major life event happened and no matter how many calls and telling them this isn’t for me, they dodge my calls and definitely don’t try to reach out to me.. but they love auto payments directly out my account even after asking them to stop and them fully knowing the situation.

In coaching we worked on getting my referral partners organized, broke down the numbers to achieve my goals, and put together a process to go out and earn new referral partners. The process was really important for me because everything I had seen or tried before seemed canned and not me, but to be to build a process with my coach that was structured and let me come through gave me more confidence to pick up the phone and connect. I used to have 1 or 2 agents that would send me business, and now I am having more fun getting to personally know and connect with agents, and I have at least a dozen agents that send me business.

I was introduced to Southwestern Coaching when one of the representatives came out and conducted a workshop at my office. I was impressed with all of the information that was shared that day and I ended up signing up on the spot. This is my second round of coaching with Southwestern and I have had a great experience with my coach. I had big goals set for my team and my department and we exceeded our yearly goal by an additional 12% with an entire month to go for this year to add to it! I have always had great relationships with my team but my coach was able to help me enhance those relationships on a deeper level. My coach helped me come up with ways to take my leadership to the next level. From laying out clear expectations with new team members during onboarding to helping my team set personal and professional goals my coach has been instrumental in our success this year. In 42 years of business my department has had a record year (and we still have one month to go!) and 4 record breaking months back-to-back all thanks to the strategies my coach has helped me develop. My coach has not just helped me professionally, although she certainly has done that! Earlier this year I experienced a death in the family and having someone outside of the family to talk to really helped me work through my grief. We are working on setting our 2022 goals and I can’t wait to see where we wind up!
