The smaller IT company we used was bought by Sourcepass. We had a terrible experience once we switched to Sourcepass. This issues were with billing, the actual service, our account representatives, and the management above them. There are too many issues to go into detail, but the end result was a conversation with the highest level person I was able to reach. I explained our issues with details about mistakes they had made, and said we wanted to terminate our contract. I asked if there was ever any circumstances in which they would allow a contract to terminate early, and he said definitively not, they would just try to do better from that point on. It wasn't worth trying to sue them, but we terminated our contract as soon as the year was up. As an additional irritation point, they had us sign a 1 year contract right away (when they took over the original company), but took many months to "onboard" us. They would not honor the signature date and extended their contract the additional months from when they had found time to "onboard" us months later. I've never written a bad review of any company, but the issues at every step and with almost every person we worked with and their management is the worse combined experience I have ever dealt with for any company. The only positive thing I can say is that toward the end, we were put under their Pittsfield, MA office (a long distance from us), but the people there were fantastic (they had just been bought out by Sourcepass). Of the two people main people there, one left the company in the month or two we were working with them, I wish the best for the remaining one. When looking for another IT company, I explained some of my issues and they passed on our names (with permission) to some other companies that were having a similar experience with Sourcepass. They also had terrible experiences and were unsuccessful terminating their contract as well. Our experience was roughly 2023/2024 and company's can change. I hope they have, otherwise, please be extremely cautious. If you decide to proceed with them, I would strongly consider trying to get a shorter first contract so you can be sure they are a good match for your company. I will never consider working with them again.

NST was the absolute BEST. Our mutual client needed 2 full computer setups in less than 3 days notice. Laptops, monitors, software, email and installation. Tim and his team communicated and coordinated with us continually to keep us updated on the status and to get the job done. They were patient, professional and thorough. We had a last minute addition request and that was taken care of with the same expertise and efficiency as the full project. We highly recommend NST for all your computer system needs.

Great company. I have been with NST since 2011 and I wouldnt change to a different IT consultant company even though I had many companies to choose from.They are there if I have any questions or issues. I dont have to worry about anything when it comes to IT security risk assesment, which is done for me every year. They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend them 100%.
