I went there December 12 to talked to a customer about my insurance. My auto billed was $826 for 6 months and they sent me a bill of $1001. Then when I got there the lady said " you only have to pay the $826, I don't know about the $1001." I asked my insurance will expire in December 24th? She said "yeah, do you want to pay now, or you want to cancel it?" I was surprised why she asked me about cancellation🙅. I said you can but after my insurance expired. Then I went to another insurance company I opened a new policy. Next I received a letter from Albany said my insurance cancelled since December 12, and I have to pay. I won't pay nothing because they cancelled it without my consent. I did currently covered since December 12 from another company.
