Worse place to deliver or pick up. They don’t respect appointment times. (4:00pm appt) gave me a door at 9:00pm … still sitting in the F… door and is 10:00am next morning. They just don’t care a bit about drivers’ time. As an Owner Operator, never coming back to this place. About 20hours sitting here and still on red right

RUN LIKE HELL! Im a carrier dispatcher and would like every other dispatcher in this industry to know that if you have a delivery at this place, make sure that your relaod is super flexible with 24h shipping or just dont book anything for at least 24h after your appointemnt. These people witll hold your truck for days even if you on time and will verbaly abbuse your driver and you if you will try to even question the estimate or expectations on when you would be unlaoded. Dont do the same mistake as i did, just becuse they pay decent in north east reagion, ist way more worth booking 1$/M laod instead just to avoid this place.

Multiple times delivered here. It has been more or less ok lately but last 2 days is just pure frustration. You expect drivers to camp here for a few days? Why?
Why have appointments available today if you have 18-26 hrs delays?
Sat here for 8 hrs, returned to my yard and agreed to return when machine is back up and running. Called office - yeah, all good we are back up and running. Broker also confirmed normal operation and available appointment for 23:00. Ok, no problem, I’ll be there… second attempt to deliver, 2 dozen trucks in line, paper note 18-26 delay… Why lie Just say not normal operation yet, and I can comeback a few days later.

Terrible I got here at 9:00pm and all I see was a solid wall of tractor trailers all over meaning that there was no open Bay for them got to the scale and Bingo!yes I hit the jack pat I also got to be part of the huge wall of trucks I manage to leave the facility at 7:34 am the next day ,this place offer. A easy bay parking but a berry slow offloading time aproxily 45-hour offloading time yes they are space for overnight parking out side of facility sow Good Luck everyone ..... Its a 24h/ 7 ..... Sow if you think you running late and yes they will Receving you .. No appt time 1st come 1st served ....

When you get there you will see a sign that says “WestRock truck pull off right” Do Not Pull Off there !!! Just pass that and make first left turn to the yard and quick first left turn! If you are picking up Roll Stacks pull on the scale number one and you will be instructed from there.. The dude at the check in desk is weirdest man. He doesn’t like to talk and if he says something you cant hear him. He probably thinking that he running the White House and not the Warehouse office. It took couple hrs to load. Didn’t like that place!!!

I used to dread coming here because I knew it would take at least 6 hours to unload. But the last 4 times I have been here I have been put right into a door and on my way within 1-2 hours. They have hired new people and it’s a great spot to deliver now!
