This place is absolutely amazing. I stopped by in the middle of the year last year and spoke with Nathan, he helped me figure some things out and it’s helped me for this year. He didn’t have to take that extra time to dumb things down but he did. I went back to get my taxes done and again Nathan and Vicki are just absolutely the best. Today I had the best experience I think I could possibly have with a Tax Accountant. I had so many documents, questions, and stressors that I knew I needed to sit down with someone because I could not face this alone. Nathan at Smith Tax Solutions did a wonderful job calming my nerves about anything tax related & helping me through the tedious process of doing my taxes. Thank you doesn't even cover the gratitude I have for what Vicki Smith and her team at Smith's Tax Solutions, Inc. was able to do for me. Starting out with a lien on my credit and debt owed of over $100K to the IRS, Vicki fought harder than any other company out there fighting to get me an Offer in Compromise the IRS would accept. As of this week, after more than 2 years of busting her butt to help me, notification was finally received that an OIC was ACCEPTED by the IRS, and the biggest and best thing yet, Smith's Tax Solutions was able to save me 93.7% of what I originally owed. Now I have monthly payments to make which even that amount she fought for so they were realistic and manageable, but the weight, the stress I've had hanging over me for such a long time has finally been removed. Thank you, thank you, with all my heart for fighting for me, for giving me everything you had and then more to get me this OIC. I cannot thank Vickie Smith and her staff enough. I received a letter in the mail from the ADoR that informed us of the best possible scenario that we could hope for. By listening to her and doing the things that she asked me to do as quickly as possible so that the necessary paperwork could be filed she was able to do what she does best. She kept us informed with what was going on and between her and her staff someone was always there to work us through the panic attacks, lol. We have only been clients since 2022 but I can tell you that she has a client for life with me.
Edit: She worked with a 2012/2013 audit request for a self employed OTR truck driver that lived in two states in 12 and two states in 13. That itself should explain the complexity of the problem that her and her office was able to solve.
