Whether you visit at 10:45 a.m. or 9:15 p.m., the level of service should remain the same, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. We were told that no fried items were available, which gave the impression that the staff was more focused on closing early than providing a consistent experience.

While we understand the desire to wrap up for the night, the posted closing time is 9:30 p.m., not 9:00 p.m., and customers deserve the same attention and menu options regardless of the hour.

Hands down, this is the best location I have been to, by far. I have been here multiple times. The Bacon Stack is truly a Bacon Stack. When you get your burger, it's a big, juicy, meaty burger lacking nothing extra. The Manager Phil is awesome. He said he took over not long ago. I had to shake his hand and applaud him for a job well done. I highly recommend this location.

AMAZING FOOD AND EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ON OUR TRIP TO SMASH BURGER WE ENCOUNTERED PHIL THE GM AND HE SHOWED US NOTHING BUT HOSPITALITY AND FILLED THE STORE WITH GOOD VIBES 10/10 WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK FOR SOME MORE GREAT FOOD AND SERVIC!!!

We have been coming here very often for a while now! I believe that there is a new management in place, the experiences we’ve had have been amazing! The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and very friendly! They even knew we came her too much! So…if you want a bomb burger or a bomb chicken sandwich with these new hot scorching fries just drop on in!

This place mellowed out since the lockdowns. Used to pretty bustling and bossy little corner of the shopping area, now it's pretty sociably manageable. The service was quick and softspoken, and the food was pretty fresh and delicious.

Definitely more worth visiting around lunch time now that kids don't raid the place anymore. Good to people watch too.

Spent $80 on six burgers and six sides. I got my burger with a side of onion rings (I ordered sweet potato fries). The onion rings were my sons and were burnt so we took them back. My son’s burger took 20 minutes longer than the rest and came out with a few of the burnt onion rings on it. Then when we asked for the replacement sides of sweet potatoes and onion rings, they looked confused about us never getting them. I asked for a manager and he was also the cook. Gave me a piece of receipt paper as a business card. Horrible service and not great food. Do not recommend!

Food was excellent! A significant step up from your standard fast food (burger was stellar!) and the service was top notch. Brought the food to the table and checked in twice to make sure everything was good. Place was super clean too.
