We've been using SA for a number of years and I'm a huge fan. It's made my practice much more efficient and mobile. The key is to use all the features to the fullest and make sure staff is doing the same. Having all the information on the case at my fingertips from negotiation status to case status is so helpful. It also helps keep tabs on prospective cases for follow-up. I highly recommend the system but keep in mind that as with any system, you must get in the habit of working to input the required information.

I have been a Paralegal for 28 years and this is the BEST Legal Software programs I have ever used. Everything you can possibly imagine about a case is included in this software. Smart Advocate provides any training you need. Very user friendly, There is a User Manual built into the program, which if you are like me, you don't want to have to call anyone, you can just look up the answer. I have been using the program for 3 years and I am still amazed at all of the features it offers. If you are considering purchasing this software, 10 years from now, you will still be thanking the designers of this software.

Great legal case management program! Great "Notes" section to share regular information with other team members. I like that the notes can also be emailed when attached for instant notification to other team members, saving a separate e-mail.
Being able to create folders within documents is helpful to stay organized and locate specific items.
"Tools" function is great to search for another document example pertaining to what you may need for reference.
If there is something you want to do, just review the training guide and it the solution is likely there.
