I applied for a home that Mr. Kershner had available for rent with a female co-applicant. Our combined income is almost 8x the rent with good credit and yet despite all of this, were unable to get any answers to our text messages and calls despite it having been over 3 weeks since he viewed our applications. He told my co-applicant that they were looking for a family and when I called to follow up he asked me what my relationship was to my co-applicant. When I asked him why he was asking that, he hung up on me and has since refused to return my text messages or phone calls. I would not recommend him to any client as a property manager. Highly unprofessional and discriminatory.
