Back in July of 2023 I contacted Simply Sold and spoke to the owner Frank Sanchez and told him that I wanted to sell my mother's house after she passed away. The house was in bad shape and it would be very difficult to fix up and sell. Frank told me that he would buy the house as is for cash and make all the improvements to sell the house. We agreed on a price which was very fair and 2 months later Simply sold closed on the house with me and I received my money. Everything went so smooth. I could not have ever done this by myself.
