Destroyed my old heritage oak! I don’t understand how they don’t have to abide by all of the Sonoma County in Santa Rosa city rules about trimming heritage oak trees, but they do whatever they want with no recourse. They also destroyed my garden in the process of destroying my heritage Oak tree.
