Update August 26, 2024
Still no money or jewelry. He continues to have excuses and says it’s the post office fault when I clearly have the tracking info that states the label was made and no items were ever taken to the post office. He is now doing business under another name. The business is at the same location. He is also online at several auction sites. Beware.

Update May 29, 2024: still no items and no response to any attempts to contact! Will have to take to small claims court!

I won a lot of jewelry from an auction with this business on March 22. I have yet to get my items almost 2 months later. I paid the day I won the items. I have been told the items were shipping that day or the next several times. I then was told.. he didn’t know why his wife didn’t ship them, then he had been in the hospital, then he was shipping that day and the label was made and I was given a tracking number but it says it was only printed and never taken to post office. Then, he was waiting for a return call from post master and they were looking for it in the back room at the post office. Now, no response to my texts. I have asked for the items or a refund several times! I will now have to take further action! So disappointed, I really just wanted the items! It was over a $500 purchase! And before they say I had to ask for shipping, I did that immediately as well. Also, he did tell me it takes 10 days for items, I graciously understood and have been very patient. This has got me nowhere.

This was the worst transaction of my life. I bought 300 dollars in sports cards. I paid almost immediately. 8 days later I get an invoice for shipping. A week later I ask for a shipping tracking number. They flip out on me that they have 10 days to ship. They ignore my text and phone calls. I file a dispute with Hi-Bid and miraculously, I get a tracking number. and a rant that I will be blocked from bidding moving forward. Overall, spending 300 bucks, I got my cards 28 days later. Packaging was ok at best, as the card holders were not taped or bagged individually. They were all almost falling out of the holders. They really didn't have to block my bids, I would NEVER shop them again.

It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my package I got from the auction. Scumbag scammers.

UPDATE. I STILL have not received my order. I called UPS and they’ve only printed the label, but haven’t received my package. If not received soon, I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and filing a small claims court case. This is ridiculous and I’m not the only one that has gotten the runaround.
On top of that, I received harassing emails from Garret for writing this review.

This the worst experience I have received on these auction sites. They do not get their packages out in a timely manner Almost three days and USPS still has not received my package to ship. When you try to call they do not answer their calls, texts, or emails. Last time I bid on their site.

I wish there was a way of giving no stars in this review. They stole money from me by failing to send my items and will not answer the phone or respond to email. PURE SCAM from these clowns! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

You all are scammers don’t buy anything from them online I waited 2 months for my package asked for a refund after you offered it to me I never got it and then when the package arrived it wasn’t the right one. If you have any dignity and decency you will return my money.

It’s been over a month and they never sent my item. They’re clearly just scamming everyone that bids. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
