Coleen Shannon is the best. Coleen offers personal one to one service for accounting and taxes. Her knowledge is exceptional and her fortitude to get the job done thoroughly and precisely with a smile... all the while making me feel secure that the taxes are being done professionally. Coleen's depth of knowledge is up-to-date and "real life". She provides her services for both my personal and business and is always, literally, always reachable to answer any of my questions. Coleen provides her services to the NY clientele as well as out-of-state. Originally I approached Coleen just to have her teach me some basics of Quickbooks so I could better understand the software and correct mistakes. She sat me down in her office with my laptop, and we went over entries (for a fee of course!) and taught me some accounting principles along the way. I never once felt that I was bothering her with my multitude of questions, some of them repetitious in nature. From that point, I realized I was not just a number and checkbook for Coleen (as I felt with my other accountant's office), but I felt that she personally cared to make me feel comfortable and to teach me what is right of how to enter all that is required for proper bookkeeping and for her to professionally prepare our taxes.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Coleen has been throughout the entire tax filing process this year. I truly felt like I was her only client. Not only was she thorough, and efficient, but she also took time to essentially give me an education in personal accounting! I’ll be her client, and friend for years to come. Thanks Again Coleen!
