Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Rude
Behavior
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shamas. The behavior I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of providing decent customer service, they were rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of respect.
It's shocking how little they seem to care about their customers. I expected at least basic courtesy, but instead, I was met with attitude and an unwillingness to help. This is not how any business should treat people.
I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with Shamas unless they improve their behavior. There are plenty of other businesses that actually respect their customers.

Too expensive. It took him 5 minutes to do my taxes and I had to pay him $180. He always late to his scheduled appointment by at least one hour. My tax is very simple.

Please do not go there to waste your time. They don't have any knowledge.
Here is the story:
I have never experienced such behaviors. I called the office to see what documents required. The lady on the phone tells me something else that is not answered to my question. I repeated again because we don't want to go through the hassle of missing documents. The lady says, "You are not eligible to apply for xxx tax." Are you sure? Then she said, "I am not sure. I don't know. I am just making appointments." I asked her if I could speak with the tax expert. She said "No because I am home."
She was yelling the entire conversation. I told her please be nice to the customers.
Edward named tax expert turned out her husband and said, "You need to say sorry to my wife 😅😅😅 so I can file your tax."

There are so many tax services. My advice for both of you is to go take some communication classes. This USA, not Iraq
