I cannot recommend ServPro highly enough!! I came back to my home after having been away for two weeks and my basement was flooded - my plumber recommended ServPro as did my insurance carrier and my experience with them has been spectacular from minute one and at every stage since then. Greg, Dan, Kevin and Tammi have given me the most spectacular customer care I have ever gotten, I trust them implicitly, and the work quality has been flawless. Five stars isn’t enough! Thank you all so much!!!

Talk about making the best out of the worst situation; the staff and crew of this company did just that. Every employee was understanding, patient, thorough and helpful in guiding me through the mitigation and repair of my flooded basement. I was amazed at the prompt response time! The contractors associated with Servpro of the East End & Hamptons were also wonderful and skilled. A big shout-out to Greg, Dan, Kevin, Joe and Tammi as well as all of your workers(hope I didn't forget anyone). You all are a huge asset to the company! Thank you!

We had an unexpected flood in our basement my husband and I worked for hours trying to clean it up we were getting nowhere fast. We called Servpro they were here within an hour Dan came in assess the damage and his crew were here shortly after sucking up all the water and putting dehumidifiers in my basement to dry it up the next day Sergio and Santago came and remove all my carpets and the sheetrock that was damaged, along with the molding. This was all done in one day they set up fans to make sure everything got dry and sanitized the floor and walls, Rich P and Kevin N came after a few days to ensure that everything was dry and removed all of the equipment everybody was more than Pleasant and helpful.

Dan and the team were top notch. They were able to quickly and efficiently clean up our flooded basement. It actually flooded twice in 2 days, and they showed up faster than the plumber both times. We cannot recommend Servpro enough. Thank you Dan and team!

This company is exceptional. The people are SO kind, and truly go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their customers

. From my first phone call where I spoke with Tami (SO lovely!), to working with Dan (the manager of our job who is SUCH a nice guy!) who went above and beyond for us from start to finish, to speaking with Greg who was so efficient with all of our paperwork, communication and not to mention he too was SO kind, to the crew that came in and treated our home like their own - our experience was exceptional.

In my case, given that I’m immunocompromised, there were certain safety precautions that needed to be taken during our project. Well, my husband and I could not have asked for them to do more than they did all on their own without us having to say a word. As I said, the crew’s cleanup was meticulous not to mention Dan’s responsiveness throughout our project was absolutely incredible.

My husband and I are real sticklers for follow up and we were truly impressed with East End Serv Pro. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to and the process was seamless.

We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use East End Serv Pro again. We highly recommend them!
