We had an oven fire on a Friday morning that caused smoke damage to the kitchen. We had a crew show up on Monday morning, Allen and Mike, and they were phenomenal! They were quick, respectful of the house, and left with it cleaner than it was when we moved in. No smell left! They saved our Christmas and allowed us to be able to still host in our home. The Servpro team was very courteous, respectful and arrived in timely fashion. Shaun set the expectations of the job and answered any questions I had of the process. The crew was Allen and Mike and both were friendly and told me what they would be doing on each visit and asked if there was any concerns I had. Turned a "mess" into a clean and neat again home. Very please with using Servpro and would recommend to anyone going thru the aftermath of fire or other incident.

ServPro was hired to remediate a flooding event in the basement of a commercial building caused by a backup from the City of Syracuse's main sewer lines. Three to four feet of brown water filled the basement that had a mix of concrete and dirt floors. Shaun was responsive when called and always available by phone. Justin and Mike worked at the site for several days to mitigate the damage. They hauled out soiled materials and cleaned the area well. ServPro is fortunate to have these hard working crew members. I cannot thank Servpro of Onondaga enough!! They made this extremely long process as easy and as quick as possible. My hot water tank blew and did quite some damage. Justin and his crew were amazing! Communication was superb. He always let me know when he was arriving and did great at communicating what the next steps were. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!! Pablo and Becky also went above and beyond! They made sure I was up to date on any new information and let me know I could call with any questions at ANY time. My basement looks brand new! Thank you Servpro for making my first experience an amazing one!

Amazing service. We recently had a disastrous flood of our dishwasher into our kitchen and laundry room/crawl space. Servpro was sent by our insurance company and they were so incredibly helpful during a difficult time. They answered any questions we had, made accommodations to our schedules and went above and beyond to help us. Tate in particular was amazing. He made sure to assure me that he would check on my cat to make sure she was ok and safe while he was working. Pablo was also great and helped me understand so much of the process and what to expect. We had a lot of people in and out but Richard, Allen and Justin were also helpful. I’m sure I’m forgetting other names but everyone was professional, friendly and hard working.

Thank you servpro for cleaning out one of our apartments. Michael F and Allan did an exceptional job in getting a contaminated apartment cleared out and cleaned like new. They took great pride in their work and were very professional and courteous.
