Just took the 3 day Tech Series Training in Buda Texas. Our trainer/coach Brandon C. Was fantastic, he has a special ability to be able to present on multiple levels to reach multiple audiences. I am leaving this training not just as a better Technician but as a more effective person. This has opened my eyes to a better way of operating. Update, just completed the sales training portion of the service excellence training in Buda Tx. I would like to extend my gratitude to our facilitator Joe P. You can tell Joe is extremely passionate about what he does and takes contributing to other’s success very seriously. I went into this training with high expectations and he delivered. He’s extremely knowledgeable in the trades industry which makes him that much more relatable during the trainings. Great guy, great class, and I gained more than just sales training, I received training that can be applied to everyday life. I took full advantage of the opportunity and can’t wait to put it to use! The last 2 days I was in the sales training class and Brandon was the facilitator/trainer. He was excellent from beginning to the end. He kept me my attention and I was not waiting for the next break to start. All of the format and information was related to my trade as a service electrician as well as for plumbers and HVAC techs. Brandon is very personable and gave great objective observations and suggestions to my specific trade.
