I had an Escrow with Sepulveda Escrow that was open by the sellers of the business. I was very aprehensive due to the actual sellers reputation and some of the discovery we did, but Melissa made me feel very comfortable and safe doing this transaction. It went so smooth and in a timely manner.
Not only professional, she and her help were very nice and made me feel welcome there.

We are very pleased with Sepulveda Escrow Corporation services. We used Sepulveda both as a buyer and a seller in two different transactions. Both transactions had unique conditions to be met prior to the close of escrow. Our experience was terrific in both deals. Sepulveda work is timely and accurate. The personnel are kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and available when needed.
