So I only had one experience and it was just calling to inquire about a consult. I called and the Secretary asked me how I got her number and hung up on me. I called back (apparently the right way this time) and I explained my tax situation and that I needed help. She said she would speak to one of the CPAs and see if they would be willing to help me. I was confused at that point because the ad didn't say anything about auditioning for a consult. I mentioned that and she said they pick their clients very carefully. I guess I didn't make the cut because they never called me back. Just a word of advice to the company...make people fill out a questionnaire and tell them who makes the cut (ie you have to have a certain a certain Net, you cannot be a Disabled Veteran, etc). Yes I am a disabled vet and I told her that. It wasn't for sympathy or preferential treatment it was just that I get VA payments.
