I was a referral from a Family friend who did business with this company. Was told that they are professional, and I should give them a shot. I would soon regret that decision when 5 months later I am notified that a refund will not be issued due to a error on the 1040. The company blamed the "Very Expensive" software and that if I would have given them POA they would have fixed the problem. I had to reach out to the IRS not once but twice in order to find out what I needed to do to correct the error. I reached out to the office on several occasions to get this error fixed but it seemed as if everyone who might know what to do was on vacation. The Owner told me she was out of the country, and if I wanted things done differently then I should have reached out to her sooner. When I asked for some type of compensation for the errors and the fact I had to fix the problem myself she told me that if I don't want to use there services she understands but will not pay me anything. (Sorry for the run-on)

It's safe to say I will not be going back to this office, and would not recommend Sandra Spencer to anyone going forward.

It seems Sandra Spencer has enough clients to the point she can treat the new ones any kind of way!

Decided last minute to bail on her clients Christmas week when tax year is right around the corner. If you could not handle the client load you should have canceled mid year… not right before tax season! Unprofessional and rude! Thanks for leaving clients hanging last minute!

I have been using Sandra for over 10 years and have been really happy with her and her staff. They are responsive to my questions by email and phone even the week before tax day. I highly recommend them.
