The Window World of OKC Lead Team started attending Sandler classes about six months ago and it has truly changed how we interact with one another and the way we do business.

Their concepts are so different from anything we have ever heard of before and they work. I love how the Sandler team interact with one another and the way they are here for us not just during class, they are there when you need to talk through something.

They offer practice fields every Friday via Zoom with David to better understand the concepts you were taught that week. It's a time to talk with other business owners in how they might do something or figure out what's best for your company needs.

Remembering to always make it about the customer, the up front contract itself will change the way you communicate in your business and personal life. Allowing your customer to ask questions and get to the pain funnel to really find out why they might be ready to purchase from your company or not. Finding out who your ideal customer might be. Negotiating power that can be used for both your benefits. The list goes on!

Learning each others Disc styles has changed how we communicate to each other and our teams while everyone feeling like they are heard and a valuable part of our team.
