Sadly the worst firm I have hired which is a shame because Mel is quite intelligent. However, his staff is deplorable, communication is non existent, and they simply fire off your books to their company in India. My companies bookkeeping was grotesquely mismanaged and after giving Mel's office chance after chance to correct it to no avail I had to move on. I hired a new firm and am more than 10k into repair work and still counting. The service on the US side also leaves something to be desired. His business partner Amy is rude and aggressive to her clients. You can clearly see based on how she responds to her own reviews. It's an embarrassment in itself and showcases her company in its true light. After all the damage they did, they decided to violate the law and withhold one companies 2022 tax return they had been paid for, claiming they had unpaid balances. These balances were from bookkeeping from months where data was entered blindly, incorrectly, and to be frank as if a drunken mongoose did it. It was agreed there would be no payments until they fixed it, which after months of trying it was clear we had no shot and I had to fire them. I'd recommend hiring a plumber to do your bookkeeping before hiring them.
