Jayson and I, Nico, had our wedding 03Jun2022. We decided to have Salt Shaker Consulting assistance with the whole planning and execution of our special day because we heard amazing things about them through a friend. We had the opportunity to work closely with Emily, who really walked us throughout the process... because we had no idea a wedding had so much to think about, like the type of cutlery or plates we wanted, timing, etc. Emily helped us source an amazing florist who really tailored the venue up to our tropical standards. The delicious food was delivered safely, freshly and quickly thanks to Salt Shaker Consulting, and then it was displayed beautifully. Everyone loved it! From beginning to end they were really grinding: helping the florist out, helping us to remain serene, organizing the whole venue, decorating, arranging snacks, setting up the music, and more importantly, being the mediator between vendors and us... because obviously we had no time to be dealing with the rules of the venue, or payments and tips to vendors and entertainers. Throughout the ceremony they checked in with us often to ensure everything was okay and we were living our dream. At the end, we didn't have to worry about any kind of clean up or additional fees thanks to the thorough planning of the whole event. The following day we had the best time when Jayson and I enjoyed a beautiful family good-bye brunch organized by Salt Shaker Consulting. Honestly, we are happy to say they really built the bridge to our new life as a married couple... so many memories to cherish. Thank you!

Salt Shaker Consulting made my dream proposal in Soho a reality. From the planning to the execution on the day of, they were prepared and thoughtful. Emily set up the entire proposal space based off of a few photos I showed her and it exceeded all of my expectations. It is so clear to me how experienced this team is with event planning.

My proposal was on a roof and it rained after we set up. Emily and her team seamlessly moved the entire event to a rain venue and if there were any issues, my fiancé and I had no idea. I am so grateful that I was able to focus on my day, enjoy this special moment in my life and let the Salt Shaker team take over.

I used Salt Shaker Consulting for a wedding where EVERYTHING had to be brought on site. Working with Emily and her team was an absolute dream. She helped with everything from executing my ideas, coming up with her own nontraditional ideas, and catching vendor slip ups before I had a chance to freak out. Additionally, with the conditions we were given (there was a monsoon the day prior to our outdoor wedding), she came up with last minute hacks to help get everything in order and execute the perfect wedding day. I will recommend them ALWAYS, especially after seeing what other married friends of mine did. Their coordinators were helpful, but no where near the level of SSC. Hiring Salt Shaker Consulting was the best decision we made for our big day and I would recommend their services for anyone looking to plan a wedding or work in the food industry with.
