Fran and Alex were a great team who helped us sell my mom's home. They were extremely professional and reliable. We knew after the short time of working with Fran and Alex that we made the right choice in picking them as our realtors. Fran has been in the business for many years and is very knowledgeable of real estate and was a great person to have leading us through the sale. Fran assisted in helping stage the home and she had a photographer take beautiful pictures. She guided us through a stressful experience when things did not go as planned, and she was patient with us. She knew contractors, and attorneys she could refer us to. She and Alex also met contractors, and workers at the house when we could not always be at the home to meet them as we did not live close by. Fran was always available if we had a question or needed help with anything. Fran and Alex truly went above and beyond to help us, and they also advised us on how to get the best possible price for the home.

From our first meeting, to the closing of our house, Alex Goldenberg has been the absolute best! His expertise and knowledge was apparent from the first time we spoke. He came prepared with comps and a tiered list of improvements we could make to the house to increase the value of our home. We sold our house while living cross country. Alex went above and beyond to make the selling process stress-free for us. He helped us out every step of the way. Opening the house for the contractors to do small jobs, and even checking on the house after a major storm in the area. He hosted a packed open house and was able to generate multiple offers. We accepted an offer on our house WELL above market price (probably 100k more than what it should have sold for). I wish I had more homes to sell so I could use Alex again. I am so overwhelming happy with Alex and what he provided for us to sell our home. I can’t recommend Alex enough, 100/10!
